Phase 3: Chartering with TCR
Once the school recognizes your club as an official student organization, you may charter with TCR.
In order to charter, you must submit the following materials to your Regional Vice Chairman:
- A membership list (at least 10 members) with each member’s name, phone number, and e-mail address in MS Excel format.
- A constitution and list of officers with names, positions, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and mailing addresses in MS Excel format.
- A letter of school recognition.
- Materials can be submitted to your Regional Vice Chairman electronically or at a stated meeting.
